TheLeadWire is a new business in an ever-changing marketplace that has undergone drastic changes over the past several years in the fields of marketing and sales. With the "No-Call" list limiting the use of telemarketing, major retail clients have struggled to reach out to their customers.

The Home Improvement industry has felt the burden of the "No-Call List" in just a short period of time. In 2004, a year after the list was introduced, nearly 85 percent of the 400 billion a year home improvement industry was generated through telemarketing. Two years later in 2006, that number was sliced to nearly 50 percent, leaving many companies scrambling for a fresh approach.

At TheLeadWire, we are the experts in this new marketing strategy. We take pride in our ability to approach a customer with a friendly smile and a pleasant conversation. We stress going about life with a positive attitude, an optimistic outlook, and most importantly with goals and dreams to shoot for at the end of each and every day.

We are looking for motivated individuals to continue to help us grow this business throughout the Northeast region, the country and the rest of the world. We currently have a small team of three and are looking to expand that to a team of ten within the next month.

The individuals must be very motivated, self-starters who have a strong sense of commitment and loyalty. A marketing or business degree is not necessary if the right intangibles are in place. Our goal is to find the right people and raise them in a program that stresses not only sales and marketing, but also leadership and training skills. Beginning entry-level, we then look to slide those individuals into more of a management role, which consists of overseeing both the training programs and client portfolio in markets around the country. Our managers then independently own and operate their own branch of our company as part of the necessary expansion.
